Joyce Altieri, owner of Flair for Hair in North Haven, held her annual cut-a-thon on Sunday, October 25th, in memory of her sister Joni who lost her battle with breast cancer 17 years ago. This year Joyce has chosen to donate the funds raised to The Sisters' Project. During the month of October, several raffles were held to help raise money. They were able to raise $3729.35!! The Sisters' Project is so grateful to these wonderful women for their incredible support!!
Mark T. Sheehan High School Soccer Program
The Mark T. Sheehan High School boys and girls soccer teams recently raised funds
to support The Sisters' Project and a check was presented to them on the field. These
young people are learning the importance of "paying it forward" to those in need and
we are proud to receive these funds in their name!
